I take my elderly mil here for treatment of a chronic back issue. The doctors and staff are excellent. Dr. Josma came out to the patient loading zone and spoke to my wife and I as we waited for my wife’s mother. Dr. Josma was so kind a forthcoming about everything he did in the procedure. The clinic staff provided very clear and easy to understand post operative directions. We would rate the as excellent and so compassionate.
After suffering many years with back pain I decided to come here. After the MRI Dr Jeff had a plan and began the process of helping me. Melissa and Melissa are the best to help questions and appointments. Everyone is kind and compassionate. Dr Jeff is very knowledgable and explains what the problem is in a “layman” way. I highly recommend this place!!!
Nice place. Very friendly. They don’t keep you waiting forever either! I saw Megan Wait today and she was a blast! She was also very professional and thorough. My Dad saw Dr. Josmon today and he really liked him.
I absolutely love Megan Wait! She is very knowledgeable and thorough. She spends time with you and cares about your health. She puts you on the best pain management plan and is personable and cares about your wellbeing. Her team is very friendly as well. I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for pain management!!
It a long wait the 1st visit however it's worth it. They were very friendly and helpful. They explained things so I could understand and they moved quickly on getting things done to see what is wrong. The MRI was scheduled 3 day after my visit which is wonderful. I have always waited weeks if not months to get an MRI. They also worked with me on what medications and procedures we would do. If I was uncomfortable with something we went with what I was comfortable with. It sound funny but I am afraid of a few meds do to past event with others I know, so we talked about it and worked it out to be something that I am not scared of. I call and left a message with the nurse and had a call beck in less that an hour, that never happens. I have been to tons of Doctors being an ill child and teenager. I have had a lot of major injuries as an adult so Doctor offices and nurse calls are something I am very familiar with, this place was great and I feel comfortable. If you are nervous and need a place to go for back or pain I would say this is the place. You will be in good hands and when you leave you will feel hopefully again. That hopeful feeling is something that is hard to find when you are in chronic pain, this is it, they will give that back to you.
