I am so insanely frustrated. I have asked to be contacted instead of my mom THREE times and I still ended up missing an appointment because of incompetency and now I have to wait 3 months to get in because of it. I have been having heart problems that aren’t dire enough for emergency but still need a doctor and of course I can’t get in. Fantastic 😊

My wife waited with my mother-in-law for 2 1/2 hours. She asked at least 4 times why she was not back yet. It was for a pacemaker check. They said she was in line. After 2 1/2 hours they were ready to close the office and said they forgot about her. Rescheduled her and invited them to leave. My doctor there is fine. The office itself sucks. How would they feel if treated the same.

My mom was having chest pains while visiting us in DFW and the doctors at Arlington Medical highly recommended that she see Dr. Assadourian as soon as she got back to Amarillo. Well her appointment was set for 8/27/25 at 12pm, she arrived at 11:30 and after waiting 2 1/2 hours she walked out as she was not feeling well and got tired of waiting. There was no communication from the staff, nurses, or doctors. The wait time to see the doctor is now 4 months, and from what mom says the Nurse practitioners don't listen to the patient and they keep scheduling her with the nurse practitioner...since 2023 she has only visited with Dr. Assadourian in person 2 times, all other times have been with his nurse practitioner.

My mom had a procedure last Friday at the clinic..Dr Cox NEVER came in pre-op or Post- op..unacceptable behavior. I heard other Dr's talking to their patients and family members. When your loved one is being worked on the Dr should be respectful and communicate with patient and family.
