I truly believe Austin Gastro, specifically Dr Valadez, saved my mother-in-laws life. When no one else would, they listened, created a complete care plan and made sure everything was done with efficiency and thoughtfulness. Dr Valadez has personally called to check-in and make changes as needed which is beyond appreciated. Thank you for caring for your patients as you would your own family.

Leslie was absolutely brilliant handling the insurance for me. Dr. Desai and the nurse Megan, Thomas and Won (sorry I did not spell this correctly) did a remarkable job treating me. Well deserving of a 5/5.

Wow. I was crazy nervous but everyone here went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable during my colonoscopy. Gaby and Dr. Ellis kick ass. 5 stars.

Iβm not sure where these other reviews came from but the office staff here is incompetent and unwilling to accommodate patients even though that is they should based on Texasβ principle of βdo no harm.β I had read that providers in Texas generally have a legal and ethical obligation to accommodate patients, particularly those with disabilities, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Jennifer, the office coordinator, however, did NOT honor that. She was rude, disrespectful, and ignorant of how diseases spread and work. She absolutely did not care for the patient or the comfort of the patient. I DO NOT recommend this office to anyone.
