Everyone at the surgery center was wonderful! This place runs like an well-oiled machine. The front office staff, Dee, Nichole, and Alex were so pleasant. The nurses taking care of me, Letty, Brenda, Janet, Bonnie, Maria and Aurea were so professional and personable. The OR staff, Jordan, Emmalie, Diane, and Jax were remarkable in the OR. My doctor (who is awesome) is lucky to have these women working with him. Anesthesia was wonderful. They took good care of me! I highly recommend this surgery center to anyone! Excellent care from start to finish!

Dee the billing manager, at Falcon head surgery is one of the rudest people I’ve ever talked to in my entire life. She yells at her customers she doesn’t listen, and Falcon Head surgeries the biggest rip off ever do not go there. Do not go there all they do is come back and try to charge you more money later and then they turned it into the collection agencies and after they never even sent you a bill. Then they lie, cause we’re trying to make money from a fraudulent way, and this is all facts

I did not appreciate how I was rushed out of the surgery center especially because I was the only case that day. When leaving the surgery center, the nurse was pushing me in the wheelchair through the doorways and down the concrete pathway so fast to get me out. I asked her to take it easy and slow down, of course she knew I just had back surgery so rushing through rough area was extremely painful for me to handle but she continued to go at the same speed just to get me out. I also mentioned what a terrible way to bring a patient down especially from having back surgery and she had no remorse or response.I will NEVER recommend this surgery center to anyone I know.
