I have had several procedures done here and have always had an excellent experience from the receptionist, nurses and doctors!!! I would definitely recommend Riceland Surgery Center if you ever have the need of a procedure. They ease my anxiety when I arrive with their smiles and kindness and have me leaving through the recovery room doors with a smile on my face from their caring.

The staff is kind but the MRI machine is too old. You have to sit 25 minutes to take an MRI picture! Which is to hard for someone who has back pain! There is not a bed to lie down! I have never seen the machine like this before!! For this old MRI machine I paid 475$ which is too expensive.

Absolutely awful. DO NOT COME HERE. They let my mother wait THREE HOURS past her appointment time before they brought her back to wait some more… then finally have her procedure done. Completely incompetent staff, they overbook an insane amount so they can’t take proper care of their patients. The doctors only care about getting as many patients as they can to fill their pockets, neglect their patients, and the staff members are scatterbrained and lazy.

Thank you to Dr. Daniel Harris and staff for being so kind and caring. A very special "thank you" for the personal care I received from the nurses who diligently took care of me after my procedure and monitored my pain on Sept 28th. Each one of the nurses that worked with me are the best in my eyes! This was my second experience at Riceland Surgery Center, and both times I was treated with the utmost of kindness and caring by all I encountered. Thank you all for the wonderful experiences!!!
