I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy this week and it’s my first time procedure. I was kind of nervous. But it turned out very good, Dr. Lyles and other nurses were very nice except for the recovery nurse wasn’t patient with me. I just woke up from anesthesia and was very tired and couldn’t concentrate.She spoke very fast. When I asked her to repeat, she was very impatient. Fortunately, my husband was there. She just talked to him and then left without looking back. I remember that after my husband's surgery, that Vietnamese nurse was very patient in communicating with him and repeatedly confirmed and repeated.

I had an outstanding experience at DHAT Bedford with Dr. Ryan Jackson and staff. They were able to schedule me at short notice and everything went great from start to finish. The staff were super polite and friendly and went above and beyond with answering questions and with all the steps in the procedure. It’s a great place to be and feel safe. The staff were so polite and made me feel comfortable for my procedure. The nurses and techs were very assuring of my concerns. I would recommend this facility to anyone who has medical issues with digestive disorders. The place is so clean., the warm blankets made me feel so warm. Thanks 🥰

The staff is very kind, friendly and compassionate. I had a colonoscopy and was a little nervous. The nurses and anesthesiologist were so nice and helped calm my nerves. I'm a hard patient to start an IV on. The nurse tried and couldn't get it, but instead of digging around and sticking me numerous times she had another nurse come and try. He got it on the first try. My veins are deep and roll and they were so gentle with me. The facility is so clean. I would definitely recommend this facility.

My experience was awesome from check-in time until I left. I felt that I was cared for everyone was so nice and pleasant. The nurse that prepped me for surgery was excellent. Jayson, my anesthesiologist was God sent DR. Yepuri and his team took excellent care of me, and the nurse that performed my check out, she was excellent as well.
