Everyone was so kind and very nice and pleasant really patient caring. Love my doctor didn't love the procedure but it's for a purpose. Plenty of parking handicap as well, clean facility, felt while taken care of. I wouldn't go anywhere else thank you for all your kindness God bless

I had a great experience getting a recent colonoscopy, as was the case twice in the past. The staff were courteous, attentive and professional. Dr. Pham has a gentle and easily understood way of interacting regarding the results of the procedure and in response to any of my questions. The Nurse Anesthetist has a relaxed and enjoyable approach which was reassuring. I am happy to highly recommend Dr. Pham and his staff.

Amazing Staff!! I had my first colonoscopy, I was not scared/anxious, so that doesn't factor in, however it was such a pleasant experience. All the staff, from booking my appointment to walking me to the vehicle after the procedure, deserves Five Gold Stars!! They were all kind, attentive, and focused on me, personally! I had a special request, sent via email, and I actually got a response-phone call to discuss, it was in my chart, and they acknowledged it in my presence. One does not see such great "customer sevice" these days, but they truly have it!! I appreciate the Central Texas Endoscopy staff immensely!!! Five star service!! I had a truly wonderful experience at the Central Texas Endoscopy Center. From the moment I arrived, the nurses and the nurse anesthetist showed exceptional bedside manner—kind, patient, and genuinely caring. They took the time to comfort me when I was nervous and made sure I felt safe and well-informed every step of the way. Dr. Phyllis Chang was absolutely fabulous—skilled, knowledgeable, experienced, compassionate, thorough, and never rushed. Dr. Chang and her team took the time to clearly explain everything before and after the procedure, which gave me great peace of mind. What really stood out was how attentive the doctor was afterward, checking on me to make sure I was doing well. Overall, the entire team made what could have been a stressful experience feel calm, professional, and reassuring. I am extremely grateful for the care I received and would highly recommend this endoscopy center to anyone needing these services.

Wonderful, polite and caring staff. Everyone that I encountered from the time I stepped in the door through the time I walked out the door was very polite and caring. All of the staff were organized and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with how the staff show their compassion and willing to go up and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. I also experienced seeing the staff have great communication with eachother as well (a couple times within 5 minutes 2 different staff members were asked they needed relieved and if they needed help) Thank you all for the utmost Healthcare experience!!!
