Unfortunately, my health/injury issues have led me to many different surgical centers across the metroplex over the past 25+ years. The staff at Texas Health Surgical in Cleburne have consistently shown kindness, patience, and empathy. This is a very busy location but I have never felt rushed or experienced attitude from any staff member. From the front desk to the nurses and doctors, this center has always gone above and beyond anything I experienced elsewhere.

Front desk was very rude. She very rudley snapped at me when I asked a question. The staff in the back is great. They are very professional and extremely good at what they do. I would highly recommend this place for a procedure. Just don't expect much from the front desk. Nurses get five stars front desk gets one.

My teen had an outpatient procedure performed here. The staff was nice and accommodating. Every member, from the front desk all the way to recovery, had a way of making us feel comfortable and had great bedside manner. Highly recommend this facility!

My surgery ran behind by a few hours due to a surgery before mine. The nurses kept me well informed and were amazing to myself and my husband. We were treated with compassion and respect. Everyone made sure I was comfortable and they were so accommodating! So many health care facilities have not been great with bedside manner or compassion in my opinion but this place WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND! Amy and Deborah were so amazing but really just everyone was including my surgery nurse, the doctor, and the anesthesiologist. I had so much anxiety about this as it was my first surgery and they made me feel so comfortable! They even made sure my husband was comfortable during the wait. A++++++

I've received services from this facility 3 times with possibly one more visit in a few weeks since 2020. Each time I've received excellent care from scheduling through discharge. Staff is courteous, kind, efficient and thorough. Front desk staff, nursing staff, Dr. PHILLIPS, the professionals in the OR with him (they make me feel so calm and cared for!!!!) I could go on and on. Their standard of care is high and I truly appreciate them for that!
