My complaint is about their billing & customer service. I had a question on a bill. When I was asked to call resolution center I was spoken to in a condesending manner as if I knew nothing about my insurance (I worked employee benefits for 6 years & know quite a bit). When I tried to stop her & ask a question she continued to talk over me & then said she didn't have to take my yelling. That was laughable, b/c I was only trying to talk over her to ask a question. She would NOT listen to her customer & hung up. I never received an adequate response to my billing question. Their service is mind numbingly slow, which I am sure is the point.

My toddler just had a procedure there and I was blown away with how efficient the process was, the staffs mannerisms, and how well tailored it was to little ones. In pre-op they had a teddy bear, a coloring book, crayons, and a bee toy for her! She felt so at ease with the staff! Dr. Shah is an amazing ENT and was actually referred to me by a friend. The entire surgical team from Pre-op to PACU were amazing. I really do hope they feel valued as they were incredible and made a scary experience as comfortable as possible for all of us. Abby, Courtney, Susan, & Brigette were amazing! Margarita at the front desk was very efficient and organized.

I have had multiple surgeries in the past and in multiple different places. This place is BY far the best. The staff were absolutely amazing, specifically my OR nurse Courtney, she explained everything to my husband and I in ways we understood!

Wanted to make sure to write a review because I had an amazing surgery experience (as good as it could be considering circumstances) with the team they gave me at MHSCC! From beginning to end, Margarita at the front had a patient, friendly, and positive attitude with all incoming traffic. Alexis, Pam, and David were also great. Even staff that wasn’t assigned to me offered things & were quick to help anyone on the team complete a task. Well oiled machine, great vibes!
