"The service at the front desk was unacceptable. The receptionist, an older woman, was incredibly rude and unprofessional toward my wife. She refused to explain the paperwork we were signing and was completely unhelpful regarding our questions about the copay. It is disappointing to encounter such a lack of empathy and transparency in a surgical center. Management should ensure that their front-line staff—especially those with more tenure—treat patients with the respect and patience they deserve."

I had the most amazing experience here yesterday while having a lipoma removed. From the moment we arrived, the care was exceptional, the front desk staff even went out of their way to help my mom by getting hot water for her tea. My pre-op nurse, Sheyla, was wonderful, and I felt so supported by my in-procedure nurses, Anne and Carolyn. Dr. Chen Gonzales, my anesthesiologist, and Amber, my post-op nurse, were both incredible as well. Can't forget Brent who made sure the didn't forget me! This entire team truly felt like an answer to many prayers. I also can’t say enough about my surgeon, Dr. Keeling,truly the best, with outstanding skill and an excellent bedside manner. I am deeply grateful and so thankful for everyone who took such great care of me.

I have been to this facility three times as a family member of a patient who receives surgical procedures at this facility. Our first experience was at the original Surgicare location in downtown Dallas. We’ve since transitioned to the new facility on Junius. Our family travels out from Central Texas up to Dallas, in part because of the physician, and in part because of the top notch ambulatory surgical center that is BSW Surgicare Dallas. We’ve been blessed to interact with amazing staff, nurses, and anesthesiologists that all work to support successful and positive patient outcomes. I especially want to mention Jennifer G., who goes above and beyond to promptly check patients in, communicate with family members, and keep the facility moving while surgical partners and deliveries happen. Her attention to detail is bar-none, and we’re grateful for her warmth and patience. It is our hope that one day BSW expands surgicare centers to the Austin area, but until then, we absolutely love the facility, its approach, and the thought that was put into developing this state of the art new surgical center in downtown Dallas. If you or your family need an outpatient procedure, you’ll be in good hands at BSW Surgicare Dallas.

I've had only one other procedure in my life and it was handled by a Surgical center closer to Ft Worth, I can say that place at best got two stars and I thought going through another one would be retraumatizing. However everyone was super nice and accommodating here, I felt comfortable and heard through every step of the process. Just within 8 hours I was feeling a lot better and even felt like I could eat. They even let my fiance come in and visit with me! If you're nervous, tell them about your procedures and they'll be able to accommodate you!
