The took an extra withdraw from our bank account and cannot get them to refund us. Update: they have now taken two withdrawals with no contact. Calls, emails and letters go unanswered. Physically drove to the center and was told by a young lady inside doing medical records that the office has been closed since October. Card on file cancelled so no more withdrawals. Finance company is not much help either.

Don’t let the location fool you. Location looks pretty shady, but once inside you realize it’s a fully functioning, top end surgery center. Very orderly and clean. My wife had her day surgery here and everyone was super friendly and attentive to every need! Special shout out to nurses Chris and Dami! They made our visit very comfortable. Highly recommend.

I had foot surgery here. The lobby was well lit & clean. The staff was nice & even laughed at my "dad jokes" that I was making to help myself relax. They were very attentive & made sure to answer any questions that I had. They even called me this morning to check on me. I felt their kindness was true and not because they're required. This kindness went a long way towards easing my tension/stress before being wheeled into the actual surgery room.

I took my sister to get elbow surgery at this location on Wednesday, March 20th. Although I was extraordinarily apprehensive as I was driving into the parking lot, once we entered the facility, we were met with the most professional, pleasant staff. The surgeon and the anesthesiologist were great they gave my sister wonderful care. But the stand out stand was nurse Preston. He went above and beyond all of our expectations.

I had my surgery done here yesterday and my experience was amazing. The outside is sketchy but the inside is amazing so don't let that stop you from getting surgery here. The RN Chris, the anesthesiologist, the staff as well as the doctor for all being amazing! From the time that I stepped in from the door the paperwork was handled and I went straight to the back and was taking care of with compassion, kindness, and ease. Anyone who goes to Dr. Jeff Zhao will get the best treatment I was so scared but after everything was said and done I was taking care of and I woke up to see another blessed day. Thank you SurgCenter of Greater Dallas!
