My wife’s neurologist, Dr Khan uses this facility for pain management. So, Dr Khan arranged the appointment to do the injection st THSC. Out of the blue, we received from THSC a link to something called a medical passport to login to. We’ve never used this site, so there are no login credentials and no instructions from THSC what to use, or how to login. Drove 22 miles to Khan’s office and they didn’t know how to login either, but after some phone calls, figured it out. So now we login to their ‘medical passport’ and it’s 40 minutes of profile input and medical history input that Dr Khan’s office already has and could have provided already. So, bottom line is, that an I.T. Department runs this place and the I.T. Department could not care less about the patient or the patients’ experience or trouble they have to endure just to confirm and qualify for an appointment at this I.T. ran, so-called Surgical Center. Complete garbage process

Dr Chouteau and Dr. Cook are incredible !! The surgery center is the absolute BEST ! They are so organized and so caring at the same time. Best surgery center I've ever used !! Jayla at check-in must be an Earth Angel. She has a heart of gold and is so patient and compassionate. The nurses in the back go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and feel cared for. It's genuine and you can truly feel it . Dr. Chouteau is one of a kind!! You are in the best hands with her as your Dr. and THSC Addison as your surgery center. They truly care about you as the person , not just you as another patient. I feel safe and cared for every time I am there. I highly recommend THSC Addison !!

Everyone here was amazing however one nurse stood out. Savanah was absolutely amazing! She was our nurse the first time we came in and my mom had super high blood pressure. Mom vouldnt have her procedure so we had to come back. 2 mo yhs later she remembered us and that made us feel like real people and not just patients. I recommend this place to anyone that needs a procedure. Dr. Whitney Chouteau is amazing and I was actually a patient of her dad over 40 years ago. It seems more like dealing with family and not a medical facility.
