Clinical staff is very courteous and competent. Front staff: different story. Very disorganized and indifferent. Building is half the size that it needs to be. Waiting area is insufficient and parking lot is very limited.

Terrible experience. BEGGED for a blanket, starting in OR. Burned my hand with anesthesia - NEVER had that happen before. Lack of concern for patients is astounding. Will never go back.

Wait time is ridiculous. Whoever makes the schedule needs to realize that not everything is about profit. They, along with the physicians, need to consider the patients who have been fasting for almost 48hrs like myself and their staff who are overly worked with the patient workload. There’s no reason why patients should have to wait hours for their procedure past their appointment set time. My appointment was set for 12:30, I arrived promptly at 12:25pm and was not taken into pre-op until 3:20pm not to mention waiting another hour during pre-op. Procedure timeout was at 4:48pm. That is completely unacceptable. Where’s the empathy? Two other gentlemen had been waiting for 2+ hours as well. Although staff in pre-op and post-op were nice and attentive, this is first and last time I’ll ever go to this place for a procedure.

Got in right on time for my scheduled colonoscopy at 7:30 A.M. Checked in and filled out all the forms and was called in around 15 minutes later by a very friendly and courteous male nurse. Impressed how all the nurses and aids introduced themselves and did everything to keep me relaxed and at ease. About 20 minutes later, I was taken into the treatment room. The doctor came in and performed the procedure and woke up around 25 minutes later in the recovery room. Highly recommend this facility, friendly and professional staff!

If I could give one star I would. I went and had a service back in October. They didn’t do the pre-authorization so they made me pay deductible After fasting and not taking medication, I needed it. I felt trapped either pay it or don’t do the Procedure.l I’ve been fighting since then to get my money back. They said they never received it my insurance sent over proof of payment they’re telling me That. Maybe it got posted to a different account. This is just ridiculous. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone. They are rude. They hang up on you and they have no compassion. Wish I would have read the reviews first would have saved me some stress.
