The surgical team earned the 5 Star rating. By my having to get up at 5:00 AM, ride for close to an hour with no breakfest, not even a cup of coffee, to be available at 7:30 AM, they started in a hole. But, after arrival, I found them friendly, helpful and most professional making the entire procedure comfortable and pleasant.
