Best Place Ever!! From start to finish I have no complaints. Everyone was very professional and courteous. Maria at the front desk was super nice. All the staff in the back were very personable Tammy, Joni, Evette, and Mioshi. Toni did my anesthesia and made me feel super comfortable beginning to end. I would highly recommend this place for any surgery.

From Maria at the front desk to Irma who helps prep you for your procedure to the nurses and anesthesiologist I can't think of anyone else I'd rather have taking care of me. Very professional and caring. That's a rare thing these days. I highly recommend using this facility.

I can not say enough about the great experience I had! The nurses and staff were so kind and personable. The facility was nice and I felt safe having my procedure here. I would definitely recommend Gulfstream to friends and family for their outpatient procedures.

Ask your dr to refer you elsewhere. Don't go to Gulfstream. The staff lacks communication within their office and will act like it's the patient that didn't communicate. For example, I returned the pre-op call, showed up for my appt and was told "we thought you'd no-show". Apparently they don't chart patient calls or review patient info. Tammy the pre-op nurse is RUDE. She made an error when inserting the IV but blamed the patient/vein. My hand was bruised for days due to her error. Tammy does NOT like to be asked questions, she was snarky answering procedure questions. Irma did appropriately & medically answer my questions. It was unprofessional to hear the anestesialogist and EMG tech talk about their personal life the WHOLE FREAKING procedure. On top of all of this, they mis-typed my procedure paperwork delaying my procedure! I had to point it out & the actual dr said their paperwork of my procedure wasn't even anatomically correct. For being a medical facility they lack knowledge, professionalism, courtesy. This was my first and definitely last time at Gulfstream.

Everyone at gulfstream surgical is so kind and caring. Everything was perfect from the minute I walked through the door. Shout to to the following: Maria, Kaleena, Tammy , Jonathan and Kim. The process was smooth and they were just amazing!!!
