I went in April to have a procedure done because I was bleeding for over a month, it took a month to be scheduled. Once I was able to be seen, we had to pay the facility over 3k just to have the procedure done eventhough I was actively bleeding out. Of course we paid and once final payment was made, we were called in December telling me I owe an additional 670$ because the insurance didn’t cover portions of the filed.... they waited until December to ever call and state there would be additional cost. They never had the correct mailing address so the statements they "sent me" never made it to me. Worst part is, I never even found out why I was bleeding and it happens still intermittently. These hospitals arent meant to save people, their ment to put people in debt.

They never put their trash in the dumpster, and it constantly ends up scattered throughout the neighborhood. The dumpster is emptied daily and is never full, so there’s no reason for this issue. I’ve even witnessed an employee dumping a full bin of trash directly onto the ground instead of disposing of it properly. This shows a complete lack of respect for the community and the people who live here, as their negligence impacts everyone around them. This photo is not nearly as bad as it typically is.

My wife had set up an endoscopy with the insurance over a week prior to the appointment. When we got there the insurance was denying that the doctor had submitted the proper documentation. Sonia, the office manager, went to work on it and was a wonderful advocate for my wife. She showed on her system access to the insurance site that it had been submitted. They still wouldn’t budge. She worked on it until there was some kind of resolution. She went way above and beyond! The medical staff and the doctor were kind, friendly, and extremely supportive as well as highly competent. I highly recommend, highly recommend them!

So happy with the quality of care that I got here. It was absolutely top notch. The facility is clean and well staffed with experienced workers who work hard to make you comfortable and to make sure you get the best of care. After a bad experience with another center in Bedford, TX a few years ago I am so happy to have found a place that is so invested in their patient care. Do yourself a favor and choose this one. You will be glad you did!

The nurses and physicians were wonderful, the procedure went smoothly and everyone was kind. 5 stars for them! The front desk personnel have no idea what they’re doing as far as billing goes. When the woman didn’t understand why I was being made to pay when it was coded correctly and should be covered at 100%, she asked her boss and he said it’s because I’m not old enough, which was wrong and he made me pay ~$500. Now they’ve been paid by my insurance and still have yet to refund me. I’ve called multiple times and have still heard nothing back. 1 star for their billing issues and being out nearly $500.
