I had a surgical procedure today. I was very well cared for. Especially My nurse Jeanie. She could not have been more attentive and made sure I had every bit of information and care that I needed.

NOBODY seems to know what is going on here. I had, what SHOULD have been a simple procedure scheduled by my doctor, and for over a week, nobody answered the phone to answer questions or give clear instructions. I followed the pre op instructions provided, and when I arrived, was told it was all wrong and I would need to be rescheduled. My ride had to take the day off without pay, because they couldn't even give me my appointment time until AFTER close of business the day before a holiday weekend. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF IT CAN BE AVOIDED. WORST CARE EVER.

MOTHER GOMEZ

This place has the best staff! My husband has white coat syndrom. He has never had a "good" Dr. visit, untill today. The staff here is efficient, organized, and happy. They make you comfortable. It was well worth the drive from Arlington. Thank you !

10/10 experience. Very friendly, very clean. Staff was sweet from Surgery scheduler/RN Tanya her communication was top tier, the receptionist, pre op nurse, OR nurse, anesthesiologist and of course my surgeon. The OR tech Dre was the coolest person. If I ever have to have surgery again I hope he’s in the OR with me. Thank you everyone! xx
