From check in to check out, every phase of my surgical procedure was timed with perfection and attention to detail. Not one single thing to complain about. My surgery was December 26th, the day after Christmas. My fear was getting the "B"- team since it was the day after Christmas. Seriously, who wants to work the day after Christmas? I felt like I had no choice, so I took the date. The entire staff and caregivers were fantastic. Nicole, Gretchen, Maria, Ezmeralda, Faith, I want to acknowledge you all for your care and support. I have one more knee to do. I pray I see all of you for round 2 coming soon. Thank you Lord for this incredible group.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about my experience during my time at this facility for my surgery. From the time I walked into the Joint Replacement Center, I was greeted by the most friendly and professionally mannered medical professionals. Ezmeralda checked me in in a timely manner and provided me with all of the information I needed from the beginning. From there, Lauren, Faith, Chanel, Christine and Derek did a phenomenal job of taking care of me, they checked in on me frequently and did anything and everything I needed before and after my surgery. HANDS DOWN, THE BEST MEDICAL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. The whole team was amazing, they went above and beyond, Dr. Guevara did an amazing job on my surgery, and I am on my way to recovering perfectly. And my Anesthesiologist was the best I have ever experienced as well, so informative and made sure all of my questions were answered. THANK YOU SO MUCH, TEAM!!!
