I am still requesting someone from billing to call me. I completed the form a week ago and no one has reached out. Still waiting another 2 weeks with no one reaching out or any explanation of the refund from my overpayment of surgery from Oct 2025. I have filled out the form twice and spoke to numerous customer service employees with no resolution or call back from a supervisor or anyone with any information.

Can someone please contact me about my billing? I have been calling in weeklyto speak to a manager since November 2025 and have not received a return a phone call. Thank you.

I would give 5 stars to the nursing staff. The front desk staff and administrator deserve a zero. My surgery appointment has been delayed by hours on more than one occasion, and I am never informed of the delay until I ask. Then, I am treated dismissively by the office manager and the administrator. Go elsewhere. There are better places.

I had a fantastic experience at Baylor Scott & White Orthopedic Surgery Center at The Star. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional from start to finish. The pre- and post-op instructions, which are normally confusing in medical situations, were made simple and easy to follow. Communication was clear, timely, and reassuring throughout the process. The surgery team did a fabulous job, and my recovery has been smooth. Being that this is also where the Dallas Cowboys receive treatment, I expected it to be top-notch—and my theory was proven to be correct. I would not hesitate to return if the need ever arises, and I hope your experience is as smooth as mine was. Highly recommended!

I had a total knee replacement surgery at this facility. I really appreciated the personalized care. My surgeon, Khalid Yousef, is top notch! I want to give special recognition to the following nurses- Joni, Gloria, Crystal and Ashley. One particular nurse stood out the most, Krista. She stayed late after her shift because my blood sugar was out of control after surgery. She was professional, kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. I was so impressed with the overall quality of medical staff. Amazing place!
