Upon arrival Alex was courteous, very professional, explained the process we completed the paperwork and he's definitely an asset. Beau, my nurse was a joy he explained what he was doing as far placing IV's and prepping me for surgery. He even laughed at corny jokes. Dr.Thaddeus asked questions to see if I understood the anthestics and how it worked. Kayla, my recovery nurse was courteous, professional and explained the protocol after leaving the facility. So, THANK YOU ALL FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE!
