I’ve had surgery twice at Georgetown Surgery Center and both times I had excellent service! All of the nurses, doctors, and staff are so caring and professional. They explain everything they are doing which helps with any anxiety. And the facility is kept very clean!

Desk clerks have sweet outlook and attitude and efficient, great top of the line patient care, OR surgeons and anesthesiologist very friendly and awesome. caring, courteous pre op and post op staff, cannot say enough about the Georgetown Surgical center, excellence in standards of their medical fields way beyond a 5 star rating 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

My son had surgery on 5/16. After surgery he had a perfectly shaped circular mark left on his skin. It was extremely red and has finally faded after 2 weeks. I called 5x and not one nurse will return my call to speak to me. I would like to know what happened to him under their care and why that mark was there. It would be helpful to know if it was a reaction to medication, or even materials used as this was his very first surgery and he’s 3….I am not pleased with how unprofessional they are and that my concerns are not valid to them. I was told a manager would call me and they ignored me. This is not acceptable especially when it’s a concern about a young child.
