This place is a joke. My wife had a procedure and the protocol is that a nurse must remain with her for the type of procedureshe had, they left her by herself barely awake, they told her to get dressed with the bed on high position by her self They just wanted to get rid her, and did not wait for her to pass a test to see if she could leave, she had to call me to get help. Never again will this place be a medical facility for my family, absolutely poor job, service, responsibility, professionalism and no care for the people that pay for thier jobs. If I could rate it, its be a -10 out of 100. Do your research regarding this place.

Doctor and staff were amazing! However, as other reviews say, be prepared to wait. Wish they went by prioritizing pediatric patients first. Other than that, we had no other issues.

Laura, RN in PACU, was absolutely fantastic with my mother. She was kind, attentive, and incredibly patient. Her discharge instructions were clear, thorough, and easy to understand, which gave our family real peace of mind. I hope leadership reviews these comments, acknowledge her and thank her for me. Exceptional care!!! thank you, Laura ❤️🩹 ❤️🩹

First I was worried because the negative reviews but this place was amazing. All staff were professional and courteous. It may take a while to get seen for a procedure but the staff really care for the patients. So many things that can go wrong and why a lot of thorough questions are being asked. Hence the long wait times. So just be patient, bring what’s asked of you and ensure you follow the guidelines prior to your procedure.

I truly enjoyed our visit here for my autistic daughter’s endoscopy. The staff provided exceptional care, ensuring she was comfortable and well accommodated for her special needs. My little one has hospital-related trauma, but the team went above and beyond to reassure her that she was in good hands. Kudos to this office and their wonderful staff — we were treated like family. Thank you again for the kindness and compassion 🙂
