Had a medical procedure fulfilled here at Bay Area SC. Let me just say from the moment you arrive and check in with front desk they are very polite, caring and professional. My Care Team provided the upmost care for me and helped place my mind at ease. Special thank you to Dr. Hamouch. Especially Jenno, Joy, Christy, LeAnn and Daniel. They all made a great care team and did an amazing job! Thank you all Bay Area Surgicare Ctr.

From check-in to discharge, the care received was 10/10. Both Communicative and efficient. Chrissy and Eve were great in the procedure room, and shout out to Billy to providing the anesthesia so I didn’t remember a thing! All around great staff, great experience as one can have in a surgical center.

Incredible experience start to finish (apart from the fact I was there for a colonoscopy - ha!). I have to shout out Terry and Esmeralda for their kindness and very focused care. Checking in was swift, registration and intake was painless, and I was done with my procedure within 2 hours of arriving which is a record. Thank you to the team!

The waiting area is small and cramped, you can hear everyone's business. There is no parking but they do have complimentary valet. Those are the only 2 cons. However the pros much outweigh them. The staff is all great, from the front desk receptionist to the nurses. I felt so well taken care of. My pre-op nurse was Esme and she was lovely and made me feel extremely comfortable and calm. She was just the sweetest. Dr. Nguyen was my anesthesiologist and he was wonderful in every way. Funny, professional and made me feel relaxed despite the circumstances. I really did feel like I was in good hands with him! My recovery nurse was Heather and she was so patient with me as I was coming out of anesthesia. She helped me get dressed, brought me snacks and gave me and my husband clear discharge instructions. All in all I was in and out of there pretty quickly for having a surgery and I really did feel like I was in the best of hands.
