I felt very comfortable here and do happy to get to have skilled lovely nurses etc. so clean, I was lucky to get surgery here. Thank you
I had a great experience here. The nurses were incredibly kind, the pre-op (Sam) and post-op (I think McKenzie and Janis maybe? I was a little out of it) nurses were AMAZING. Literally the nicest people ever. The post-op nurses were so patient while I was having a bit of a rough time post-op. I didn’t have any issues paying or with insurance, as everything was explained to me via phone call before the surgery. Also, if it helps I am a patient of Dr. Kent Davis, whom him and his team are also incredible.
Never overpay them for more than what your out of pocket insurance covers. I have been waiting on an reimbursement since first quarter of 2024 and they say they will send me the money back but never follow up. I've called and sent emails, even their own third party billing department acknowledges the overpayment and that I'm due monies back.
We had a wonderful experience here with my teenage daughter's routine procedure. The insurance team is great, they kept us informed on our co-pay and adjusted the cost literally the morning we went in since we had prepaid her surgeon, Dr. Davis. The waiting room is very comfortable with fresh coffee, bottled water, and snacks for family members. Both the pre- and post-op nurses were so sweet and reassuring. It's very cold and they gave her extra blankets to keep her comfortable while waiting. After surgery, she was given several juice boxes to break her fast and the nurse was so attentive to her as she came around. I was already full of anxiety but the way they care calmed me right down. They sent us home with everything we needed to change her bandages and keep her comfortable as she recovered. Both the surgeon and surgery center followed up the next day to check on her. I do recommend dressing warmly for the waiting room, I had to go to the car to get a blanket for myself.
