Awesome clinic. Easy to schedule and very helpful. Front desk will even check on you if they notice you haven't been called in to a room. Security will ask if you need help if you seem lost. Recommended.

A botched surgery with ENT maritza i. homs guilloty, two procedures done: septoplasty and turbinate reduction. I had concerns about the airway still being restricted in my right nostril after five months of surgery. I found the appointment extremely frustrating. The doctor listened to my concerns but dismissed them. She inserted a camera into my nose to demonstrate her work, but she found no issues with her procedure. She then stick these pliers in my nose to open my nostril. She did this in an aggressive matter that it actually hurt!! Goes on to say “is that better?” Sarcastically. I was deeply upset and cried during the appointment. This issue significantly affects my daily quality of life. The doctor advised me to return in a month to discuss the next steps, but I refuse to allow this doctor to operate on me again. She also made a sarcastic remark about my nose stud piercing, which I have had for years, as if it was the cause of my nasal deformity. I sought a second opinion from a different doctor, and I finally felt validated regarding the botched surgery. I will require revision surgery because my septum is deviated again, and my nasal valve is collapsed. I am now being referred to a plastic surgeon to achieve a better outcome. I should have conducted more research with the doctors at Kelsey Seybold. This was an extremely disappointing experience, and I am deeply disappointed with the doctor’s treatment and procedure. I will never again entrust my health to this doctor.

I had such a wonderful experience with the Kelsey-Seybold Clinic team, especially during my cataract surgery! Dr. K. Lin, the nurse Kaylee, and the pre-op nurse (sorry I didn’t get your name!), along with the anesthesia team and the gentleman who helped with my wheelchair, were all amazing. Everyone was so caring and professional — they explained every step clearly, made sure I understood what to expect before, during, and after surgery, and helped me feel completely at ease. Even though I only speak a little English, they were patient and kind, using an interpreter to make sure I understood everything. Dr. Lin and his team made the whole experience feel warm, safe, and even fun — like I was surrounded by family. I still can’t believe how smooth and comfortable my surgery was. I feel so lucky! I highly recommend Kelsey-Seybold Clinic and their wonderful staff to my friends and community. Thank you all so much — you’re the best! ❤️

Dr.Borski is the best ENT, I’ve been seeing him for about five years now. Mike, Dr.Borski’s Medical Assistant is amazing too, I’ve been scope twice by Dr.Borski and once by Dr.Trang, they always help me through whatever is going on. Today Dr.Trang, Nurse LeeAnn, Leroy, and others helped me get a procedure done today. I feel safe and cared for. I highly recommend this team and this location! Dr.Sandberg is very informative, I enjoyed my first consultation. He is a great allergist!

Walking into the Kelsey-Seybold Berthelsen Main Campus on West Holcombe Blvd feels more like arriving at a refined hotel lobby than a medical facility. The high ceilings, the abundance of natural light, and the well-planned seating areas create an atmosphere that is both elegant and calming. The design of the lobby is sophisticated yet functional, setting a welcoming tone from the very first step inside. Kelsey-Seybold’s story began in 1949, when Dr. Mavis P. Kelsey envisioned a group practice that would bring together primary care and specialty medicine under one roof, modeled after the Mayo Clinic. That vision grew steadily over the decades and has become one of Houston’s most trusted names in healthcare. The West Holcombe campus carries the name of Dr. Spencer R. Berthelsen, a physician who helped expand the system into the modern multispecialty group it is today, with a strong focus on coordinated, patient-centered care. The experience as a patient at this location is remarkable. Complimentary valet parking makes arrival stress-free. At the entrance, the staff greeted me with warmth and genuine courtesy. From reception to nursing staff to physicians, every interaction felt professional yet kind, and never rushed. There is a clear sense that everyone here takes pride in offering attentive care. The facilities themselves are outstanding. The campus includes advanced diagnostic imaging such as CT, MRI, and 3D mammography, a full laboratory, on-site pharmacy, and one of the largest ambulatory surgery centers in Texas. The coordination between departments is seamless. Records and results move smoothly, which allows patients to see multiple specialists in the same building without the usual frustrations of disjointed care. This approach is exactly what Dr. Kelsey envisioned: high-quality medical services made accessible, efficient, and integrated. A special note of gratitude goes to the Imaging Department. From the front desk team that welcomed me with patience and efficiency, to the technicians and specialists who guided me through every step of the process, each person demonstrated both professionalism and kindness. Their ability to combine technical excellence with a reassuring presence made the entire experience far less intimidating and truly exceptional. They deserve recognition for the care and attention they bring to patients every single day. Practical details also stand out. Hours of operation run Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with the laboratory opening as early as 7 a.m. and the pharmacy available until 6 p.m. The schedule shows awareness of the busy lives patients lead and the need for flexibility. While waiting, a nurse shared that the original Holcombe clinic started on a much smaller scale, serving a loyal base of Houstonians, and over time grew into today’s state-of-the-art campus. That history is reflected in the building’s blend of modern technology with a strong sense of tradition and continuity. The transformation of this campus into what now feels like a medical hub underscores the growth of Kelsey-Seybold’s reputation over the years. What ultimately makes this campus exceptional is not only the cutting-edge equipment or the impressive size of its facilities, but also the human side of the experience. From start to finish I felt respected and genuinely cared for. It is rare to find a healthcare environment that combines sophistication and compassion so seamlessly. For anyone in Houston seeking comprehensive and reliable care in a setting that feels both modern and humane, the Berthelsen Main Campus on West Holcombe Blvd leaves a lasting impression.
