We have been seeing Dr. Toicha Vincent since 2022, and she has been an incredible primary care physician for both my husband and me. Since relocating to Houston almost six years ago, finding a provider we truly trust was important to us — and Dr. Vincent has exceeded every expectation. She is knowledgeable, attentive, and always takes the time to thoroughly educate us on our health. Whether we’re coming in for annual physicals or asking detailed questions, she ensures we understand everything and never makes us feel rushed. Her accessibility and responsiveness make a huge difference, and we always feel heard and cared for. Her nurse, Bianca, has also been amazing throughout our journey. The level of professionalism, kindness, and excellent customer service from the entire staff truly stands out. Dr. Vincent represents everything you would hope for in a primary care physician — expertise, compassion, and genuine care for her patients. We look forward to continuing our care with her and her team for many years to come. We highly recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding primary care provider.

I delivered food for an employee named ROSIE who is clearly seen holding her food in the image below . Somehow I received a notice and call from DoorDash claiming her items were missing. What a shame. Stealing food, I expect more from our health professionals

I am done with this place! It is the definition of a bureaucracy. All patients are just a cog in a massive machine that doesn’t care about you. I’ve been here multiple times and have been turned away from service because the departments don’t communicate to each other. They don’t provide updates to customers and are just flat out mismanaged. My doctor rushed through the visit and I was done within 15 minutes because she “hadn’t had lunch”. She dismissed what I had to say and didn’t spend time explaining anything. The last time I was there, I needed to check in for my appointment and there wasn’t a single employee in sight. I waited for 20 minutes before someone finally came to the front desk. I cannot stress it enough, you are just a number to this place.
