I contacted Mann Eye in the late afternoon for a next day appointment to look at an eye infection that had popped up. They were able to take me at 8am the next day, process my new Medicare coverage, and Dr Brunson and his team were able to evaluate and treat my situation in 30 minutes. My prescription was waiting for me when I arrived at the pharmacy. I could not have asked for more a timely, professional and comprehensive solution to my ailment by Dr Brunson and his entire staff.

Dr. Bita Esmaeli butchered my eyelid, which caused me both physical and mental anguish. She had multiple complaints at MD Anderson, and several negative reviews about her messing other people up. She went into education, now I guess she finally found a company to hire her. She has moved around from job to job, and is now here. I feel for whomever gets stuck with her. Get a second opinion! Dr. Esmaeli did a reconstructive surgery to fix my eyelid from her previous surgery, in which my eyelid was attached to my eye. This caused my eye to become very dry and irritated, and also made it impossible to see out of my peripheral. At the follow-up I told her I was miserable, and that this was affecting my quality of life. She then told me that she could do another reconstructive surgery, but she could not remove the eyelid from my eye. She would close about a third of my eye, so that the air wouldn’t cause it to get irritated. Also she said that it would look like I was squinting out of just that eye. If I didn’t do that, she said I would have to learn to live with it. That’s when I decided to get a second opinion. I found a Dr., and he said he could fix it. It would take two surgeries, and my eye would be back to normal. He did as he said and restored my eye.
