Nurses and doctors are nice, but unfortunately, they take a long time to call you. I was schedule to come at 6:30 am, my procedure was at 7:30 am and they end up calling my name like an hour or after. Other than that, nurses and Dr. Sha, are very nice and professional!

At Bay Area Endoscopy Center, I received a colonoscopy from Dr. Kafrouni. To receive this exam, I required some special accommodations, and Dr. Kafrouni did what was needed to help me get this done. In addition, all of the support staff there are the nicest and friendliest medical personnel I have ever seen. I am very satisfied with the exam and treatment I received at Bay Area Endoscopy Center.

I'm giving 4 stars for 5 star treatment by the staff. Every single one of them was amazing. But don't go to Dr. Darmadi, who thinks he knows all, will not look at your scans and just assume what's wrong with you, then put you on medication you don't even need.

No one gets excited about getting a colonoscopy to screen for cancer. But if you are over 50, it is a great way to detect any potential issues early. I highly recommend the Bay Area Endoscopy Center. They have many locations; I went to the one on Dixie Farm since it was so close to my home. Dr. Bala was excellent and took time to explain everything. The staff was super nice, very caring and treated me with compassion. Their system is impeccable and everything is run very smoothly. Thank you to everyone on the team!
