Had a procedure there yesterday. While staff were all fine, privacy is lacking. I can tell you in detail all the medical issues of neighboring patient’s medical issues. Additionally doctor discussing a tumor found in another patient across the clinic area. Don’t think I’d use a like location in future.

I have had several endoscopies and colonoscopies at this center by Dr. Hamat. The staff, nurses, technicians and anesthesiologist have always been very caring and attentive. Recommend highly.

Very disappointed with this facility. I had to cancel my procedure (that was supposed to take place in less than 24 hours) because they refused to bill my major medical and my gap insurance. They said they only bill one. That’s not true. I went to another Memorial Hermann facility in August and they successfully billed both. They need better practices if that is the case or policies that are the same across the board. In the 10 years I’ve had both insurances I’ve never had a problem until now and I use both at least 5 times per year.

Had a procedure there on Friday the 1st. From the front office, nurses, anesthesia team, and Dr. Mahmoud, all of them were kind and professional. It's a pretty stressful time, but they do everything they can to put you at ease. I only had 1 unpleasant experience with the woman who calls in the prep orders, but otherwise, i would absolutely recommend this location.

To the people that bad mouth this establishment all I can say is that I have had multiple procedures there and the nurse's and staff are a one hundred percent. My doctor Kenneth Wu from Sprintz Center for Pain is number one also. My personal praise to all those in employment at this establishment you all keep up the great work and believe me when I give a five star rating there's a reason for it!!!!!
