Great doctors and nurses there. Easy surgery, kind and understanding medical staff! The billing process on the other hand is an absolute nightmare. They are so disorganized, no one has answers if they even answer the phone. No one in this hospital billing system communicates with each other on who has what information for insurance, whats due... etc. Waiting on them to fix an issue they sent to collections even though they already billed insurance and EOB came back $0 responsibility. Make sure you stay on top of your claims, and be prepared to do their job for them 🙄

Dishonest people. We agreed for a $300 copay on my surgery and one of the managers called me to assure me that I would not have any issues and then they sent the remaining amount to collections. Do not trust them. Michal Gkampitsi

The hospital called my emergency contact in another state after midnight asking how to reach me. It was the night before my 10am elective surgery appointment and they had a cancellation so they wanted to reach me to move my appointment up earlier. But they refused to specify why they were calling and so it scared my loved ones. I had been sleeping and didn't answer my own phone because it was after midnight!

Went for EDG with Stavinoha in Outpatient Surgery Center. Pros - Staff friendly, efficient, caring, and competent. - Called in advance to explain expectations for procedure and billing. - Paperwork was quick and thoroughly explained. - Spent minimal time in waiting area which was comfortable and spacious. My husband waited and drank hot chocolate. - Whoever did the IV was awesome...I hate those things. - Very clean and comfortable. Cons - If you're not familiar with the hospital, map it out before hand so you know exactly where to park and how to get to your building because the area is a little complicated.
