This is the best surgical center I have ever been to… It runs like a well oiled machine… You can compare it to like a revolving door where they get you in and out as quickly as possible and I say that in a positive way.They are only able to do this because each person working there knows what is expected of them, how to treat the patient, and how to make an experience requiring surgery a positive one… Kudos to the front desk staff, preop staff, anesthesia staff, staff in the surgical room, and postop, Special things go to Meagan, Klarke, Amy, Elizabeth, Maggie, Tiffany, and many other people who were involved in my care during my last two cataract surgeries. And a special thanks to Dr Jeffrey Whitsett for giving me my vision back without having to wear glasses. With sincere thanks to all for a job well done

They overcharge. I showed my remaining deductible but they still need initial payment much more then even out of pocket limit. I am ready to pay balance limit but They didn’t allow admission untill i made the payment $1000 more than limit. Because of Doctor and procedure i made the payment, now have to followup for months for refund.

We were nervous opting to do our 2yo’s adenoidectomy at an ASC but it was definitely the best decision we could have made. The staff here were beyond amazing and we are grateful for their patience from start to finish. The anesthesiologist Dr. Heerensperger was by far the BEST I’ve ever come across. He was an angel and the so was the rest of the recovery staff; especially nurse Tiffany made us felt so comfortable and put us at ease. Location was also very clean and bright. We are so grateful for everyone there and highly recommend this location.

The facility should replace their receptionist. Very unprofessional and discourteous. She was very rude to us. And this is not the only review here that complained about her. We were the first patient to come in at 5:30 am and she already was snapping at us as she let us in. Like did we do something wrong? Inside the waiting area, I went to the rest room to wash my hands and she was calling my name as I got out. Mind you her voice is one notch short of shouting and it’s just me and my wife in there! Then as I was signing the papers she told me to dry my hands first as the form was getting wet. It was a single drop water in the paper! I told her if you’re so OCD you should not be working front desk. By that time I was already angry the way she was treating us. After my surgery my wife told me she was rude to her as well while waiting for me. I hope she finds in her conscience that these are sick patients she is dealing with. A little courtesy and kindness will go a long way and even eases some of the pain. But aside from that one unprofessional staff, the rest of the medical team were all very kind and professional. I will write a separate review for the medical staff with high rating.

My daughter had surgery here. It was quick, and smooth, everything was well managed there. The whole staff was very friendly. RN Karen in the recovery room was AMAZING!!! she provided an exceptional care!
