Went in on 12/10 for tonsillectomy and had AMAZING care from the moment I stepped in to the moment I left, they were very quick and friendly, and they made me feel comfortable when I was scared. Every fear I had voiced they explained to me and calmed me down, after surgery the care was even better as I had a nurse by me 24/7 who was calming me as I came off anesthesia and helped me dress to leave, it’s like at every step of the way I had someone by me. I couldn’t have chose a better place for surgery and recovery, thank you pearland surgery center!!!

The experience at the surgery center was good. Everything went smoothly. However, I overpaid because I set up a payment plan and then thought the payment plan had not worked and then paid off the entire cost and I am still waiting for a refund check from January 30 of this year on April 25! At this point I am told there’s nothing that can be done to escalate the situation but I just have to wait and keep following up on the refund. Way too much work to get back $170. Carelessness with patient finances.

As a 34 year medical professional as a Radiology Technologist, I would have extraordinary expectations in regards to my own personal healthcare. THE STAFF HERE WERE EXCEPTIONAL. In for a routine elective colonoscopy, I wish to extend additional thanks to my anesthesiologist Stephine Monarch, my nurse Jocelyn P. Cruz, and my Endo. Tech. Sua Chazares. Please allow me to thank all others who participated in my care. Special thanks to Dr. Umair Siddiqui for his special care in regards to letting me know the results following. I received a print out of photos/information in regards to my procedure. Truth be told, I was apprehensive and scared. "Don't worry, we'll take good care of you." was stated by several employees present. This site did not falter in any way. All of the staff members made certain I was as comfortable as possible. This was a perfect choice for me, and I am very happy with this site and exam results. Again, please let me express my tremendous gratitude!

Just had my rear end checked out here. (Colonoscopy). Good experience, except for a long wait which was my doctor's fault I'm sure. Perry was great. Very friendly, relaxed, efficient. All the staff I dealt with were very good. I'd come back - but not for 10 years til my next one!!
