Was referred here by another doctor from Mann eye clinic after already having to pay a copay just to get told the same exact thing. It honestly felt like patients are just being referred around for money rather than actual care. Very frustrating experience. The doctor was very disengaged. Almost certain this is all a business arrangement being that the doctor that referred me also let me know that the doctor he was referring me too also does Botox and filler for his wife lol. Total rip off.

This was complete waste of my time. Scheduled an appointment earlier this month. When I showed up for the appointment, I was told it had been scheduled at another location. I rescheduled the appoint for two weeks later. The reason for my appointment was the vision in my left eye had gotten much worse to point, I can only see things up close. I had Lasik 10 years ago and had no problems until this year. Dr. Bruce told me it was just because I was getting older and my vision was fine, and recommend glasses. When I said wasn't interested in glasses, he said his assistant would get with me about my options. Waited for the assistant in the waiting room for 10 minutes and they told me she would call and she never called. Multiple people said they might have to charge my health insurance instead of my VSP which I've never had happen. I would stay away from this place.

Mann Eye Clinic in Humble is the best. I believed I had something in my eye which turned out to be dry eyes. I was given shots in both eyes in my tear ducts and medication to put in my right eye. I was so comfortable as the doctor and staff explained everything.

Dr. Ryan is very professional and understanding. He listens and works with you to get the best results for your vision. I also love the staff and appreciate their consideration and patience with their patients.

I am trully not a person that writes many reviews. I believe there should be something exceptional about a busy before you endorse them. Well, I found one. This place is actual unbelievable for the Customer Service, in this day and time it seems everyone is so rushed they forget their customer service ethics. I had both eyes done for cataracts and glacoma, so needless to say I spent some time with the staff. From the front desk to the doctor, so polite and courteous. But most importantly my eye work is top of the line. I am reading without glasses. The procedure process was effortless on my part. They are so efficent. It took barely an hour for each eye. The after care superb. You are called the same day of the surgery to ensure you're fine. The ladies at the front counter on the second floor greet you with a smile each and every time. Dr. Szynkarski is mild and personable, he doesn't act superiorlike most doctors. He speaks to you on your level, doesn't rush you through but actually listens and answers. I couldn't have a better experience. i can't forget the nurses, they treat you as if they are your next door neighbor. My overall experience with this place was outstanding. And if you know me, that's saying alot.
