I had a colonoscopy performed here on 5/17. I had a wonderful experience & each medical staff I interacted with was professional and kind. I would say the biggest & only “complaint” is how they operate on a voicemail system. Pros: - they have charging stations in the waiting room - they have a guest coordinator where you can ask for blankets, snacks, puzzles, from the front desk, as a guest as well - each nurse was professional & kind - they were pretty true to the timeline provided, I checked in at 9:20am and left the parking lot by 12:12pm - they have payment plan if you need it! Ask for financial department if you are struggling - wheeled me to the car after for quick pick up and exit - water & coffee in waiting room - easy to find and park - Dr. Tamerisa is very re-assuring - the anesthesiologist, Dr. Lee, answered all my questions & assured me of my safety - my first nurse gave me an IV very smoothly, barely even hurt - my post-op nurse, Maria, was reassuring and helped me have a smooth exit Cons: - they are hard to get a hold of, as they usually operate on a voicemail system, it helps if you contact your doctor’s office and get them to help speed the process - when my family member approached guest services for a snack, they were out of everything listed on the paper but cheez its, which she couldn’t eat bc allergens, so they had advertised more snacks available than they actually had, but not the biggest deal

Excellent Experience at Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Kingsland I recently had a procedure at Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Kingsland, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. From start to finish, the staff made me feel comfortable and well-cared for. Sarah, the Financial Representative, was incredibly helpful in explaining all the financial details, ensuring I understood everything before the procedure. Olivia, the Registration Representative, was warm and welcoming, making the check-in process smooth and easy. Conni, the Pre-operative Nurse, was so kind and professional, putting my nerves at ease and explaining the process step by step. Heidi, the OR Nurse, was attentive and thorough, making sure I felt safe and informed throughout the procedure. Gregorey, the Recovery Nurse, was fantastic in post-op care, checking in regularly and ensuring I was comfortable and well taken care of. Everyone involved went above and beyond, and I truly felt like I was in good hands. Highly recommend this facility and their wonderful team!

I recently had surgery here and this my 6th surgery (other hospitals for the other 5) and this was by far my best experience. From the Pre-op Nurse, Tracie, she gave me a warm blanket right away, which I appreciate so much because I'm always cold. The OR Nurse, Christen, who's empathetic and, the recovery Nurse, Edith. They were all very nice, patient, caring and kind. They didn't make me feel rushed like some of the other hospitals. I always get sick from anesthesia, but not this time! Not sure of her name, but she did a great job as well! And, of course, I appreciate Dr. Jenkins, he is caring, empathetic, and thorough and never seems to rush me when I have several questions.

Let me start by saying this was my first experience with everything. First time getting an I.V. first time having surgery and first time having anesthesia so you must know all the feelings that’s going through my head I as super nervous and anxious all bottle up. But when I say they reassured me they had me feeling super relaxed and calm. I was laying on my side then the next moment I was in recovery like everything was over in a flash I was so grateful for the care I received I hope my scheduled surgery appointment will be there I was so happy with my care💜 Special Thanks to ————————— Registration Rep: Jackie Pre-Op Nurse: Tracie OR Nurse: Tanya Recovery Nurse:Michelle
