We had a great experience at this surgery center. The entire staff was knowledgeable, , kind, upbeat, and attentive. The pre op procedure was thorough and I felt they were focused on putting us at ease while making sure we understood the plan. I truly appreciated the snacks in the waiting room! The culture at this facility is top notch! It’s refreshing to be in a potentially stressful environment that is diffused by people who seem to really love their job. This staff allowed us to focus on our part of the day because they had the rest of it handled!

We’re not very happy with the service we received at Lakeway Ambulatory Surgery. After surgery they gave my wife the maximum dose of nausea medication through the IV and 5 minutes later they wanted her to get up and get dress.My wife couldn’t even open her eyes but the young nurse kept insisting she get up and get dress. I kept asking the nurse if there was a certain time allowed to stay in recovery and she said no but she still kept pushing my wife to get dressed. They didn’t care about the patient, they just wanted to wheelchair her out as soon as possible. Needless to say, my wife was sick for several days from the extra nausea medication she received and had problems walking.

It's impossible to adequately express how pleased I am with my experience with Dr. Heinrich and Muve - Lakeway for my recent total hip replacement. Every single individual I encountered - from initial check-in, to the surgical staff, the anesthesiology and physical therapy specialist, and every single caregiver in the overnight suites was amazing. The facility is beautiful, modern, spotless, and very comfortable. My care was so incredible I honestly didn't want to leave! :) I cannot recommend Dr Heinrich and Muve - Lakeway highly enough!

What an excellent group of true professionals! Dr Dodgen and his staff provides his patients with the most innovative procedures and the ultimate recovery environment. With the support of his Muve Navigators and the finest team of specialists you will have their full attention. All of this in an ambulatory unit dedicated solely to orthopedic replacements. The recovery in the fabulous “Stay Suites” is amazing! This is equal to the finest hotels that I have ever been in. It is appointed with superior quality medical grade recliner. There is a luscious Murphy bed for you and your care partner to sleep on. It is truly your home away from home and the staff stays in touch continuously checking on you in order to provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to fully recover with minimum discomfort. My hip replacement recovery pain was never greater than 4/10 and an average of only 2/10. I have and will continue to recommend Dr Dodgen and this entire group to anybody that asks. Thanks all at MUVE as well. Yall are changing the lives of every person you touch. I am forever grateful.
