I was there sharply at 6:30 and the lady at the front desk was pleasant and very accommodating, and answered all my questions The individuals that I had the most interaction with: Anna was extremely proficient, very professional and comforting as to what the procedure entailed. She also answered all my questions which helped relieve some of my anxieties. Sam was a very friendly face and exuded competence. Last time I was in the ICU he was one of the nurses that not only took care of me, but put up with my truculent attitude because I’m not a good patient. He is more than exceptional add on to your facility. Both should be considered role models for the youth of today thank goodness we have very strong professional people like those two. Please thank them both for me.
