Was impressed with this facility. Check-in was efficient. Staff were friendly and professional. I did not have to wait long to be called in for the procedure. My doctor asked me about new medications he'd prescribed and whether they were helping with my issues prior to being put under for two procedures. Recovery went as expected and doctor talked to my husband about findings and what to expect for me after going home. I would recommend the facility to anyone I know who lived within range and had a need for a procedure.

The whole process, from the pre exam, to the picking up the tabs, prep, checking in for the procedure, getting ready for the procedure after checking in and the colonoscopy procedure was very easy, simple and stress free! I will definitely continue to come to AEC for my colonoscopy. Everyone was very nice, friendly and made me feel like I was there only patient and that they genuinely cared about me and my well being! Very highly recommend AEC in Leander!!

My wife and I have been through a lot of these procedures, so I understand the process. This was the best experience i've had with this procedure.. I originally came from another doctor, but followed PA kristen Young to this practice. She is great. Everybody on the staff was awesome, from check in, to nurses, to doctors. I highly recommend this practice.

Comforting experience after going into this having two procedures scheduled at same time and feeling a lot of anxiety. Nursing/Medical staff were professional, attentive, and comforting. Certainly one of my best experiences having medical procedures done. I wish I could remember everyone's name. Thank you all so much.

I had a great experience with the nurses and staff at the facility. The reason for my 1-star rating is because of their billing process. They use a third-party billing company that does not communicate with their main office. I paid my balance in full with the main office in March 2025, and it is June 2025 and I still receive statements from their third-party company showing a balance. I have left messages and sent emails. It is taking way too much effort when I already paid. They need a better communication process with those who are contacting clients and asking for money on their behalf.
