As a new pt is this was the worst experience ever my appointment Was scheduled for 10:10 AM got there filled out the paperwork I was left sitting in the waiting room until 1045. No communication nobody said a word. The front staff was eating donuts. People were going in and out. I finally get taken back The technician does some testing on me left me in the room and a gentleman comes in at 11:20 and tells me they need to change rooms and then I would need to sit out in the waiting room for another 15 minutes. I asked if I would be out there by noon and he had no clue and he said I could reschedule. I ended up walking out. I called the office spoke to Veronica who gave me every excuse in the book. I find it highly unusual that team members between the front and back don’t talk and let them know they’re running behind. I did not recommend this place at all.

Love this office! Such professionals but so very caring. Young man that checked my eyes before Dr Waters came in was the best eye exam I’ve had. Front desk girls are very friendly too. Dr Waters is super nice and makes you feels comfortable. Impressive!!!

Had my last “lock in” for my new 20-15 eyes. I waited over 45 years for the technology and science to achieve this level of excellence. As a professional pilot during those 45 years my eyesight was critical to my job. I wish Dr Young and her superb process and expertise had been available so much earlier. However now I can truly say I have “eagle vision.” Thank you Dr Young.

My husband had his first visit with Dr. Waters yesterday (9-25-25) and she made us both feel very comfortable. He will be scheduling cataract surgery with her before too long. Dr. Waters came highly recommended by his oncology doctor that we totally trust! Every member of the staff was kind and professional. The facility is beautiful. I was so impressed that I made an appointment for myself before we left.
