All the people I enter acted with were excellent. They are kind and caring while being very professional. Tessa and Ashley were the nurses that took care of me. They are great. Thank you for the care I received.

I had surgery here last week, and I have to say the entire staff from check-in to check-out was outstanding. They answered all of our questions and were incredibly friendly throughout the process. I would highly recommend this facility for any surgical needs.

I had surgery here a couple of days ago and the experience was 10/10. Everyone was so welcoming, organized, and communicated very well with me. The vibe was very easy going and mellow. From the moment I walked in the door to the time I came out, they took exceptional care of me. It felt like everyone treated you like family, and made sure all your needs were met. I’m currently at home and recovering very well thanks to everyone at this surgery center and my surgeon.

I had surgery today here. I would like to say that it was exceptional. Everything was absolutely perfect and on point with my appointment time perfectly. No waiting for two hrs past appointment time like is so typical in Midland Memorial Hospital. From the front desk personnel to every one on the surgical department, kudos to all of you. Thank you.

Nurses really are some incredible people. Every nurse at High Plains Surgery Center in Lubbock were so tender and thoughtful; as well as our surgeon. I’m so so grateful for nurses. Especially our discharge nurse; I think her name was Tessa. She has a fierce, frosted, bob and a heart that was gracious and gallant. I love nurses and will always treasure them. šŸ«‚šŸ«‚šŸ«‚ Dr. Baucom was thorough, quick, and truly remarkable. I’m so thankful for the teams here.
