My mom had her endoscopy here and everything went smoothly. Doctor Valeska Balderas did a great job and even removed a polyp with no pain after. Great work ✨ Your wait after your appointment time seems to be about an hour and a half before a procedure but if it’s packed it could be more like 2-3. Be ready for that with a book or a show on your phone to pass the time. Also, your driver back home doesn’t need to wait for you. The office calls home to let your driver know when it’s time to come get you. After the procedure you have to wait for the doctor to brief you on your results. This could take anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes depending on how busy things are. My mom had a very good anesthesiologist because she felt pretty awake after. Props to whoever that was. Make sure to ask for a dental guard so they don’t hurt your teeth! 🦷

The wait was long, but the staff in the procedure area is very good. We also love our Dr, so that made the visit better in spite of the long wait. I must agree that the gals at the front desk could be a little more polite and personable. It is important that front desk personnel be able to deal politely with people, especially when those personnel are the first to interact with patients at the Endoscopy Center.

Read the comments left by patients who are upset due to time management on clinic behalf- location Endoscopy Center TA Med Center. Terrible office customer service and very crowded in the lobby. Time allotment needs to be adjusted and shouldn’t be waiting over 2-3 hours ! Also, customer service needs to be improved! Don’t argue with patients asking questions regarding their time of service.
