All the nurses and staff there were amazing and attentive. They were all so caring and lovely. I appreciate all that they did for me. They made me feel comfortable and warm. Shawn was the absolute best. She was so caring and kind. Best of all, she laughed at all my stupid jokes.

I have Andrew and Carly Which are in registration and I also have Shawn, which was my pre-op nurse and I must say I love Shawn, She was very sweet very knowledgeable, She was so down to earth and so calm. I swear if I could have Shawn every time I have to go to for a hospital visit I wish she can just transport there.Shannon and Is it Sharda or Shanda ?and Megan. Every name that I called took very Good care of me from the registration to the discharge. I love it and I recommend Craig Ranch surgery center to anybody if they have to go kudos to that entire team.

I was treated with dignity and respect! From Megan who is a very talented and gifted nurse prepared me for surgery without any hiccups, was able to find a vein to hooked me up on the first try! That never happened before!!! To Dr Le who prayed for a successful surgery, Dr Lam, who was very professional and had a great sense of humor, and Jill who was kind and caring. Made me comfortable after surgery and completed all my after care paperwork in a timely fashion! Thank you to the entire team! You were great!!!

My mother-in-law recently had endoscopic sinus surgery here, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, the entire process was seamless. The staff was incredibly helpful and made us feel completely at ease. Our intake nurse, Gwen, was so kind and professional, and Sidney, the aftercare nurse, was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Lesley, the anesthesiologist, took great care of her, and Dr. Pham was exceptionally thorough. The facility was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The waiting room was also a pleasant space, and they did a great job keeping me updated throughout the procedure. We are so grateful for the outstanding care and highly recommend this surgery center!
