Had my first knee Surgery ever here at this facility and I will say. The staff and nurses were absolutely phenomenal. Had a very pleasant experience and welcoming visit at this center. I dont usually take the time to leave reviews but this surgery centers care for me made it all worth while to do so.

I had a procedure this past Monday with Dr. Reyes. I came in @ 6:45 am. Check in was prompt, and it wasn't long before I was called back. The nurse was very kind and genuine, she made me feel so comfortable and cozy as I waited for my turn. It was quick and way less painful then I thought I'd be. I'm really please with this facility and the care I received.

Do NOT hesitate booking your surgery with this facility. Every single member of the staff from the beginning of my check in process all the way until discharge were absolutely impeccable at the level of care, reassurance and service they provided. Honestly, the staff there are so sweet and they definitely treat you right. And lastly my overall surgery experience went very well! Thank you Doctors United Surgery Center, if I could give more than 5 stars I would! 10 out of 10 Definitely recommend!

Accompanied an elderly family member for a surgery that was scheduled at 7:40a. They did not start prep until 10 am, and he did not go back until nearly 11 am, three hours after his scheduled time. It felt like they didn’t respect our time, especially considering I took a half day off work and ultimately didn’t make it in. I’m not sure if this is how they normally operate but when I arrived they told me it would be 2 hours total for prep, surgery, and recovery. We were there from 7:30am-noon. If I could, I would never come back. Unfortunately my family member has to get his other eye done in a few weeks and his doctor only comes here. Wish us luck.
