I would like to start by thanking Dr Graff and his team for an OUTSTANDING experience!!! Thank you so kindly for making my surgery and post op experience a pleasure over the holidays! I have experienced a bunion on my foot since I was a child (I’m now 50 years old). I had an initial consultation about 4 years ago. That being said, I called back on December 11, 2025 and stipulated that if we were going to perform the surgery it would need to be yet this year (as we have met deductibles and this is a good time for me personally). Not only did they accommodate, but Dr Graff scheduled my surgery for Saturday, December 20,2025… building a case on how they went above and beyond. That being said surgery went fine. The following day, Sunday the 21st, I developed an allergic reaction to the antibiotic. Once again, Dr Graff answered his personal office cell to help me (above and beyond again). I was scheduled for a bandage change on the 29th of December (given the holidays) yet, I prefer a bandage change soon and don’t care for bandages at ALL. They accommodated and changed my bandage the day before Christmas Eve (Tuesday, 4 days post Op). I personally do not like bandages and prefer my wounds to have natural healing (air and daily cleansing) so I removed my bandages on Christmas Eve. I will tell you that my foot has healed in LIGHTENING SPEED and truly looks amazing. I was on a full road to recovery (pics 7-9 taken Jan. 6th). By my January 13th visit I was out of the boot (by 20 days I was out of the boot and most people take about 6 weeks). My fast recovery I attribute to the great job by Dr Graff, successful icing and elevation for the first 10 days, my personal hygiene on the wound and I’m highly active (with the boot on is critical for rehabilitation!!!)… all this lead to a great experience. Enclosure I would state as a business owner there’s a lot of folks that will complain about anything and everything. This man is a man for OTHERS and works his damn tail off to help people. If you have waited a while in the office, sorry, that’s life. Me too. When people are late or need additional assistance it can back up their schedule. Thanks again Dr. Graff! God bless you brother! My foot is well on the recovery πŸ™πŸ˜πŸπŸπŸπŸπŸπŸ

Had an appointment for a fairly nasty ingrown nail. The staff at the counter and nurses were very kind and helpful. The Dr was excellent. They worked on the problem quickly and were very reassuring that it will be fixed. Also, I am fairly bad with needles (I hope it wasn’t too obvious πŸ˜…) but they make you feel very safe and comfortable.

I started with surgery for a bad infection. Though I was going to lose my foot. Dr Graff Dr Cory were so great with their treatments and knowledge. My foot is almost healed and ready to return to work. The staff are all excellent. They treat you like family and truly care about how you are feeling. Shiela and Mandy in the surgery area upstairs are awesome. They are so sweet. I would recommend this place for anyone who has foot problems. They know their stuff.

The office and waiting area is attractive and the staff is efficient. My wait time was reasonable, and I was escorted to the exam room in a timely manner. After a few questions, I was met by the x-ray tech and foot x-rays were taken. Within a very short time, Dr Graff arrived and we spoke briefly. He diagnosed my issue and he recommended the treatment which was administered immediately. A follow-up appt was arranged. I recommend this office.

We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Graff and his staff! Everyone was kind, patient, and professional. A special thank-you to Noel, the medical assistant. He was incredibly sweet and caring toward my mom, especially taking the time to connect with her about living with MS. It meant so much to see that level of empathy and understanding. My mom felt truly comfortable and cared for. We'd love to visit again and see Noel next time! Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for compassionate, quality care.
