I had a wonderful experience, my surgery was scheduled for 1.30 actually they took me back at 12.20. Such warm caring people. I would definitely go there again, not that I would want to go thru another back surgery. Each and every one of them were awsome

These stars are for the awesome security guard this morning 1/12/24 who called the other facility to let them know we were on our way after realizing we were sent to the wrong location. He also put the new location in my gps and we still made it to the surgery. Thank you guy whose name I forgot but I definitely remember your kindness!

AWFUL!! Very bad patient communication! Very bad appointment scheduling. I visited as a chaperone for a patient. Appointment time 930am. 1230pm, still haven’t done the procedure and I haven’t gotten an update so I ask. They send a Doctor over to make very poor excuses. “The doctor was running late today and we didn’t know.” How TF can you not tell the doctor is not in this tiny building. Then you make patients sit around in a freezing cold room with no updates. All the doctor could say when I shot down every sad excuse is “uh, it’s not our fault.” YES IT IS!!! I will never come back here and will HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYWHERE ELSE!!!! This place suuuuuuuucks so bad.

Just had my first ever surgery yesterday and let me tell you!! They are amazing! Made me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked in to leaving! Someone was always watching me and checking up on me!

I loved the care I received at the surgery center. However, since I had not met my deductible at the time, I had to pay a large amount for the surgery. Once I met my deductible, the surgery center owed me a refund. They have acknowledged that I am owed the refund (since March) and have yet to send me a check. They have claimed the check is in the mail since May. I am very frustrated! While I love my surgeon, I would go to another doctor/practice to avoid having to deal with Westover Hills again. I have never left a review, good or bad for any business, I wrote this after much thought and absolute frustration.
