The nurses, anesthesiologist, and Dr. Mazloum, were very kind, and walked me through what to expect before, during and after the procedure. This being my first time for a colonoscopy, I highly recommend this office. Excellent team and staff!

Absolutely great experience! From the minute I walked in the door the ladies at the desk were great. Danielle was the sweetest most joyful nurse I think I’ve ever encountered. The ladies in the procedure room, including the anesthesiologist were so comforting and sweet. They all make you feel like you’re the most important person and like they genuinely care about you. I can not say enough great things about this place.

My procedure itself was fine, and I have no complaints about that, which is the only reason for the two stars. However, there are some serious problems with the billing department here, leading to hundreds of dollars of surprise bills weeks later. If you have a procedure done, they’ll tell you what you owe the Endoscopy Center in advance, but they don’t tell you that anesthesia and biopsies are billed separately. I found out anesthesia was billed separately on the day of my procedure, and had to sign a form acknowledging that, but no estimate was given, and I couldn’t really back out at that point anyway. It certainly wasn’t fun to go into my procedure worrying about how much extra the anesthesia might cost me! No one ever told me biopsies would be billed separately, and I never had to sign anything agreeing to this. Make sure you keep your address up to date because I only found out about this a few weeks after my procedure when I got a bill in the mail from a place I’d never heard of. No phone call or email or any other communication about the bill. When I contacted the Endoscopy Center to ask about the bill, they told me to contact Dr. Havranek’s office. Dr. Havranek’s office told me to contact the lab that did the biopsies. The lab told me to contact the Endoscopy Center. Super frustrating experience. If you’re going to go here, ask them for an estimate for the procedure, anesthesia, and potential biopsies, otherwise you’ll get hit with hundreds of dollars worth of surprise bills later, and no one willing to take responsibility.

I had a procedure here and the staff and doctors were all so nice. The process was easy once I got there and they made me very comfortable. I don't have any of the post billing info yet so I can't speak to that. But the staff was outstanding and I so appreciate their high level of care and professionalism.

I have no idea about anyone else’s experience here that warranted a less than stellar review, but I can tell you mine was beyond exceptional. It exceeded my lofty and sometimes unreasonable expectations by far. My procedure was scheduled for noon with a show time of 11. From the time I arrived, I was treated great. Dr. Havranek performed my procedure at 12pm sharp and I was on my by 12:40. Everything went off without a hitch and I received my results immediately and their follow up was great. I have to say, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had at any medical facility in the country, and I’ve been to lots of them. Exceptional professional and care from start to finish. Thank you all for being so awesome.
