Wonderful experience for my first colonoscopy I had my very first colonoscopy, and I’m incredibly grateful for the entire experience. From start to finish, the staff was very kind, respectful, and supportive, which helped me relax before the procedure. Thank you so much to everyone who was involved. The nurses were especially friendly and comforting. Unfortunately, due to the high level of stress I was experiencing at the time, I didn’t catch the name of my nurse, but she was so kind and gentle that everything went much more smoothly than I expected. Special thanks to Dr. Johnson, who performed the procedure. He took time to explain everything clearly before starting, which made me feel even more at ease. The entire team was welcoming and professional. I truly recommend having this procedure done here, and I’m confident that I’ll come back for my next one in the future. I’d also like to add that the most unpleasant part of a colonoscopy is the preparation the day before — but don’t worry about the procedure itself. With such a caring team, it’s much easier than you might think.

Everyone at the clinic was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have NEVER had a bad experience with the staff or the procedure. Dr Johnson is very nice and answers all questions each and every present and past procedures I've had to have done. Thankyou to him and his wonderful staff.

I have never gone to a doctors office/clinic where I've felt so comfortable, at home. I am a huge fan of Dr Franklin! I have referred many to him. He has the best bed side manner I have ever experienced. He makes me feel like "family!" He made me feel like a human being, not a number. I actually referred someone to him the next day after my procedure. Prior to my procedure I laughed and talked to the staff until I was sedated. It was a great experience.

Excellent the nurses or fabulous and very beautiful they kid around like hi kid I was kidding around with them very cheerful for being so early in the morning. The doctor was great Cindy she was great in the OR very cheerful and I my dad very beautiful thank you Cindy for watching to make sure nothing went wrong. I appreciate your efforts and your concern And your specialist feel you do a great job. Thank you so much everyone thanks again it was like I was in a hotel didn’t feel a thing. Oh by the way, I did tell the nurse before she stopped me if she would mesh she’d wake up off the floor with a black guy and she told me it was her third day and then she told me she’s been at it 16 years so I said oh you’re the greatest.
