Didn’t send any post op instructions. Anesthesiologist was a jerk too.

Dr. Lin did my ViaDisc procedure here on 8/28....Ms. Montoya, office mgr. was very professional and answered all questions. Jayne, pre-op nurse was knowledgeable and professional. Ashley, nurse in OR was cordial and professional...Dr. Wong was my anathesialogist, very good....Overall good experience.

Called the day before procedure to change time. Not given any instructions for their center, which apparently differ to what was given by the Doctors office. Also not contacted previously with amount due at time of service. What if we couldn't have paid staff? Staff VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Receptionist and other staff members speaking and complaining about my husband unknowing i was was in the waiting room and could hear everything. 3 attemps for an IV shouldn't be happening with staff that does this daily. BTW patient is an easy stick for draws and IV. I wasn't given any information while my husband was in preop and taken back. Other than only the patient could go back.

I had a surgery and it was a good experience. In pre-op, Amanda (RN) was helping me and she was so nice. She tried to calm me down as best as she could and I really appreciated it. In my surgery and post-op, Nicky (Nurse) was very kind to me. I woke up in a panic because I couldn’t breathe and my throat was dry, but she was very patient with me and held my hand. Dr. Alcantara was my surgeon and he was so kind. Tim was my anesthesiologist and he was pretty funny. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better team to help me. My only complaint would be the lady that helped me during my post-op, I don’t know her name. I was still drugged up and I couldn’t move well or stay awake very long. I could see she was getting upset with me and was very impatient. I believe she could’ve been more compassionate and patient. I did not like her and the way she treated me.

Canceled TWICE! Once for emergency for dr. - rescheduled to the office 25 minute away - not 5 minutes. Then take a day off work - prep - Uber for 76.10 to the procedure - not allowed to Uber back …. No one available cuz People need to work !!!! Office said “ they “ should have told me - soooo Of course it’s “their fault”. No recourse but to reschedule. NOT with this bunch of slaps. I do not recommend ….. no empathy - Profit driven - selfish - just professional Felt like a number - not a patient An inconvenience to the staff
