Nothing against the actual clinical staff, but this place is a black hole for money in my experience. I got sick in September of last year and earlier this month payed the nearly $3000 dollars worth of bills in full... just to have them start billing me again for the same September encounter! I messaged billing to have it removed because I assumed it was an error, but no! They basically just said sorry it took us 4 months to bill you and it "happened" to be after you payed everything, you're just gonna have to figure it out. I'd recommend finding somewhere with transparency or at minimum get everything you agree to with these people in writing.

Ridiculous about even sending prescriptions that they claim you need! The doctors working there seem competent but their staff can’t even send over a prescription. 🤪

I gave it 3 stars because, The first lady that I spoke to, she seemed nice and she transferred me over to someone I can talk to more about the schools and the programs they have. while I was on the phone with her, she had an attitude and kept talking over me like if I didn’t know what I was talking about after she said no we don’t have the nicu program at their school I was polite and said thank you.. she sighed in an ugly way and hung up the phone.

Amazing care was provided after going to three different hospitals in central Texas. This one accepted, diagnosed and properly treated with surgery in less than a week! Cant express the gratitude I have for them. The reason is, they have so many specialists in house that they are able to diagnose and do things quickly. Other hospitals just don’t have the capability to keep up!!

In the last 35 years of dealing with medical providers, this is the worst organization I have dealt with. The medical assistants are great. The doctors on the other hand...just don't care. I've never seen the same doctor twice, even though I supposedly have a 'primary' doctor. My last visit, 2 weeks ago, was for a lump on the upper abdominal area. The Dr spent less than 5 minutes with me, said there was nothing he could do, and told me to go somewhere else. UT Health had the gall to still send a bill. No More. I'm tired of wasting my time and money with an organization that just doesn't care. They are getting 1 star because I can't rate any lower!
