The staff is very caring and helpful. The process there is done on an assembly line basis, they are good at getting you in and out timely, but the assembly line approach is cold. My only complaint is they are hard to reach by phone, it seems that they turn off their phones at 230. They were leaving messages about the procedure that was not consistent with the instructions from my doctor office. They did do a follow up call to me the day after the procedure, which I appreciated.

They want you to do a procedure then they call and check to see how it went and when you called them back, they don’t answer a week later they call and they say hey I need to do another procedure. I’ll be sending you the instructions never received the instructions called several times to let them know you’ll now call back. I’ve left voicemails. I do not recommend this place in the like communication is gonna be this horrible
