Extremely clean, well run place with kind staff members. Taylor saved the day and was warm and accomodating. I love high energy people & she's one of 'em. Thanks again.

I am very grateful to Doctor Lacey and his amazing team. The whole process was seamless and dare I say painless. The staff was very kind and real. I felt like a patient and not just a number in their system. Thank you all.

Unable to get any Nursing staff to return phone calls about medications I'd taken days before the procedure. Resulting in them canceling after I arrived, after not eating for 36 hours and up all night on the toilet for the prep. Then accused of it being my fault. Leaving messages will not be returned. Very upsetting experience.

This would be a solid 5 star review based on Dr Malakouti and his staff. Everything was perfection. I can’t say enough good things about the doctor, his staff and the process. Calling in to this organization is an utter and complete nightmare. You get an auto attendant with multiple prompts, none of which get you where you are going. I tricked the system to get a live person and asked to speak to Dr Malakouti’s office. They gave me a telephone number to call that only fed me back into the terrible same auto attendant and its prompts. I called again and did my workaround to speak to a live person and was given the opportunity to receive a text link to the doctors office. This is where it went from bad to worse. The text link gave me a new number that again only fed me into the useless telephone system. When they respond to you they send you another text message where you have to log in give all your information and they send you a code to get your message from them. I’ve spent most of today trying to speak to my doctors office and finally just gave up. These are great people but they block the ability to reach them by telephone. I wasn’t looking for the nuclear codes. I just wanted to talk to my doctors office. Why does it have to be such an insane process?

I highly recommend this outstanding facility! I have never been treated so kindly by every single team member. I am cold natured and 3 different people volunteered to get warm blankets and place on me. They are highly skilled - my vein for the IV was found on the first “stick” (by Tiffany) which rarely happens with my teeny and rolling veins. My experience was the most pleasant I’ve ever encountered in a surgery center setting. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. The entire team even signed a thank you card and sent it home with me. Dr. Kobesko was also extremely kind and highly skilled. I can’t say enough good things about Lone Star in Southlake!
